Cleaning and laundry notice

Dear Valued Guest,

To keep your stay comfortable, we offer complimentary cleaning services on request from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excl. weekends and public holidays).

Monthly tenants - cleaning once a week.
Short term tenants- cleaning offered daily.

Please let us know IN ADVANCE if you'd like your apartment cleaned and the best time.

Cleaning

Cleaning is only provided if requested in advance to management.

Laundry services

Laundry services are available at an additional charge of R150 per load, R50 tumble drier and R10 ironing per item. Kindly leave your laundry in the bag provided and in the front of the apartment. Any instructions to be given to management.

Weekend/public holiday

Weekend/public holiday cleaning or laundry can be arranged for a fee with prior notice. Extras like fresh towels, toilet paper, and bin clearance can also be requested.

Extra coffee

Extra coffee pods sold @R10, or purchase at any grocery store or local coffee shop.

Payments

Payments for paid services can be made via EFT, cash, or card. (3% added for card transactions)
